Meet the team

Chris, founder of Rosetta and Rosemark, is a highly successful entrepreneur, business builder, and best-selling author of Built for Growth. Prior to founding Rosetta, Chris co-led the retail marketing practice at First Manhattan Consulting Group, following 10 years in marketing management at Johnson & Johnson, where he led the Band Aid® and Tylenol® brand franchises.
Chris is a Driver Builder Personality. Throughout his career, he has been fascinated by the question of what motivates people to act as they do in a commercial context. He has devoted his career to translating insights about customer motivation into personalized sales and marketing techniques that accelerate enterprise growth.


Michael Schram leads go-to-market strategy at Rosemark, guiding how the company brings its belief-intelligence and member-engagement platform to health plans and provider organizations.
Michael brings more than 30 years of enterprise commercial leadership across digital health and B2B technology. As Chief Growth Officer at Get Well, he helped scale the patient-engagement company through years of strong revenue growth and two private-equity acquisitions, and has held senior commercial roles at other high-profile software companies. He advises private-equity and venture-backed healthcare innovators on building repeatable revenue, and serves on boards of other early-stage health-technology companies.
Michael holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Business Administration, and lives in the Kansas City area.

Alissa is an experienced marketing strategist who has spent her career at the intersection of analytics and marketing. She translates human-centered insights into effective programs that increase consumer engagement and drive transformational change. She has lead marketing and client delivery at several small, fast-growth businesses, two of which were acquired by multinational agencies. Her experience spans agency-side, client-side, marketing consulting and analytics, and digital media, with a track record of success spanning banking, insurance, media and entertainment and healthcare.
Alissa earned her BA from Princeton University and MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

As a Technical Project Manager, Josh brings experience working with and facilitating communication between technical and business teams. He manages key deliverables for large client engagements, and assists with internal product development.
Josh is a Captain Builder Personality. He has founded and worked in marketing at venture-backed startup companies across industries, with a focus on financial technology. He has managed both creative agencies and deeply technical engineering teams, and is comfortable in both areas.

Luke brings emerging technologies to life through human-centered design and an ecosystemic approach to product. He's helped founders backed by a16z, GV, and Khosla go to market and raise their next round. After starting out as a product manager at Facebook, he has also designed for Fortune 500s in NYC's agency world.
Luke studied financial engineering and operations research at Princeton and is also a museum-exhibited conceptual artist and recipient of the Joan Mitchell Foundation Painters and Sculptors Grant. His experience recovering from severe ME/CFS motivates his passion for human, cybernetic, and environmental health.

As a Technical Project Manager, Abraham brings a blend of analytical rigor, entrepreneurial energy, and cross-functional leadership. He helps drive large-scale initiatives for clients by translating complex needs into clear, actionable plans across internal teams and external vendors. He previously led strategy for a $500M ARR product in telecommunications and worked in strategy/operations of a 900+ hospital portfolio within healthcare.
Abraham is a Crusader Builder Personality — a people-first operator who thrives on momentum, clarity, and results. A Princeton graduate and first-generation college student, he brings sharp strategic thinking and an energizing presence to every room he’s in. He’s especially passionate about driving alignment, motivating teams toward shared goals, and scaling systems that support long-term growth.

As a Technical Project Manager, Claire drives strategic alignment between partners and keeps multi-stakeholder engagements moving toward measurable results. She manages key deliverables across complex client work and helps prove out belief-based segmentation across a range of industries — from politics to entertainment — serving as a translator between technical and business teams.
Before Rosemark, Claire worked in healthcare strategy consulting, supporting health-tech startups and public-health clients on operational and process-improvement initiatives — mapping workflows, running stakeholder interviews, and turning operational data into clear recommendations. A two-time Olympic rower, she brings the discipline, adaptability, and team-first mindset of elite sport to every engagement. Claire holds a BA in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
